Unreal Developer's Network - source for Unreal modding. Unreal Engine 3 section is very much under construction (hopefully). You CAN get the latest source scripts for modding purposes though.

UT40K: The Chosen - homepage of the UT40K mod, a Warhammer total conversion for UT3. The tutorials are probably some of the most useful I've seen. A must for UT3 modders.

Hourences - Tutorials on Unreal Editor, as well as job postings. Great for learning how the editor works.

Video Copilot - VFX tutorials hosted by Andrew Kramer. Mostly After Effects, but also covers some 3DS Max and Boujou.
